To be eligible for consideration as a Trusted Partner for the Southern California Clean Energy Authority, companies must showcase a history of delivering high-quality solar equipment at competitive prices, have the ability to offer homeowners all available solar options ( purchase and lease ), adhere to industry standards for reliability and customer service, and pledge to uphold transparent pricing and customer satisfaction.
In order to become a Trusted Partner, ALL companies that apply will be required to submit the following:
customer satisfaction data, PPW rates, PV manufacturer sheets, Inverter manufacturer sheets, battery backup manufacturer sheets, racking system manufacturer sheets, ongoing customer support information, installation practices and training information, proof of insurance, contractor license number, BBB rating.
